These terms govern use of the Andsent service at andsent.com, operated by Andsent ("we"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
Andsent is an AI spend wallet: it aggregates your organisation's AI usage and cost data from providers you connect, manages budgets as ledger envelopes, and produces analysis, insights and optimisation recommendations.
You confirm you are authorised to connect the provider accounts you connect and to act for your organisation. Keep credentials confidential, use read-only admin keys where offered, and do not attempt to access another tenant's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure, or resell the service.
Savings figures, simulator outputs, benchmark-style scores and optimisation recommendations are estimates built from list prices and statistical models, with intervals where shown. They are decision support, not financial advice or a guarantee; validate material changes with the evaluation tooling before shipping them.
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and return or delete it on workspace deletion. We never train models on it.
The service is provided as-is while in early access; we target high availability but do not yet offer a contractual SLA. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be notified in-app or by email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms or create risk for other tenants, with notice where practicable.
